Went yesterday to work, no one showed up to help. Could not even get Rhys to come.So I left, but the water in canal is very high and I believe the large pipeline and other low areas of trail could be flooded. If anyone goes today please report on conditions and water level , trees down etc.

Thanks, Steve

I'll head out there saturday a.m. and work. Do we know for sure if any trees are down?

I was there this afternoon. Though I wouldn't describe it as flooded, the trail was very muddy in some spots. There are definitely trees down... sorry, I do not recall exactly where they were, but I remember one small tree (maybe 6" diameter) that was easily ridden over, and two (maybe three) much larger trees that required dismounting (at least for me!) to get past. There were also a couple of younger trees partially knocked down across the trail (with "bushy" stuff obstructing passage but not completely).

Thanks to Steve,Rhys and Brian for coming out and working. You would not believe what a couple of hours and a machete, chain saw, weed eater and bush hedger will do. Trail is in fine shape.
