Sunday after the Spillway Classic trail run we are going to be hosting a group ride. We really would like a strong representation of NOMAMBO members and riders to come out and support the club. If your running the Classic, bring your bikes for a ride after the event. The trail will re-open for riders around 9:30 and our ride will follow shortly after. There will be over 2,000 people at the trail this Sunday, it's time for our members and supporters to step up and help promote the club. Wear your jersey's if you have one and bring some new faces to try out the trail. You can help get the word out by re-posting on FB, twitter... whatever it is you post on to help spread the word.

Thanks guys, hope to see you Sunday!
cause I'm a trail rider....

Pretty stoked about todays ride,,, introducing a friend to trail riding, he's gung heaux evidently, he spent some coinage on a new Specialized, also there's another buddy of mine, a roadie, who's in for the long haul as well. These will be two more additions to the MTB community. Be on the lookout for em',,,

Will be there this afternoon for sure, cutting some new berms, ripping and running !

Gonna do a daybreak ride Saturday for 6:00 with some " A Teamers " and Goon Platoon Posse',,, Be there to beat the heat !

Later,,,

I won't be around this weekend riding Birmingham Fri and Sat. Being out of town means I will have some stuff to do Sunday @ my house so I will miss the Spillway run. Will be Back in action @ spillway next week.

As much as I would like to remain optimistic to the latest surf report, every glance at the radar depicts we are in for a good soaking some time in the near future. SO, with that said I’m out for tomorrow. As it is I am beginning to wonder if I will be dodging pre-Tropic Storm event weather rain bands for my bike commute home (note to self: check radar before leaving house in the morning).

Good luck for the club meeting tonight, get organized and raise some cashola for Dan. Upon visiting him last week, it sounds as though funding for the elevator is running short. This would be a great project for the club to raise money for...

Kahuna is OUT for tomorrow as well, way too much to do to start getting the daughter moved to B.R., thanks for the heads up Stu, I know Ricky is out so he can watch the Saints Game tomorrow Night.

Matter of fact, BIG WAVE will be out for Saturday as well, move in day ! :(

Should be good to go for Sunday if we don't get a monsoon between now and then. What I'll do is continue to post up weather reports as warranted as long as I'm in NORCO to give the gen'l population a heads up on current conditions, so stay tuned for KAHUNA' S SURF REPORT !

It was inevitable, the weather finally made it here and I have been witnessing a wild lightning storm and waves of rain coming through the NORCO area,,, Doesn't look good for the weekend on the trail, will have to settle for some road riding.

For today's Surf Report,,,
