Guys and gals
Had a great time today.Lots of new faces. See it wasn't so bad.... Next time I would suggest we start off at 7:30 with a 1 minute interval and have a pot luck after wards. (fresh fruit or something)

Had a great time this morning. The route change was fun. Good way to add some distance to the loop. Look forward to see what you guys come up with next time.
