Connection trail group workday Sat am Oct 2

We plan to meet saturday about 8am at the domino's parking lot.



We have one last bridge to finish building, and half of the materials are already there.
If the dirt is soft enough we will carve/smooth out the approaches to the bridges.
1 spot of erosion needs to be fixed.
The southernmost stretch of the trail needs to be trimmed back. I'm bringing my weedeater with blade attachment, and we should have a lawnmower too.

Tools and materials will be supplied, just show up and try not to sink your shoes into a ditch like last time!
Hopefully we will have 5 or more people and it should take us 3 or less hours, so we can get home with plenty time to watch some college football.

Now that Hooper has had some TLC, we need to provide a good access path to it. The growing season is over so this trimming should last until next spring.

Cline, any chance we could make use of your key to the back gate??

The lock I had a key to at Comite is gone. Need to get a key from Burns if he has one to access the Connection trail from that end.

Connection trail work this Saturday. Rob I am going to start on the Comite end and work toward the brige.

Ok but don't wear yourself out hacking at weeds, we are coming with weedeaters and mower as soon as we finish building that last bridge. Burns should be there about 9 or before to open the gate.
