Memorial Day Group Ride: Mt Zion 5/31/16

Post by Robin » Fri May 27, 2016 7:27 pm

Memorial Day Group Ride: Remember our fallen heroes for they are the reason that we are free to enjoy a glorious day of fun, riding with friends.
DETAILS: Carpool /caravan group meet at the Bass Pro shop in Denham Springs. Far left side of the parking lot at 7:45am for 8:00am roll out. If meeting us at the trailhead - we should arrive by 9:45am-ish.
WHEN: Monday - May 31, 2016
WHERE: 1160 Mt. Zion Rd NW, Brookhaven, MS.
RIDE DISTANCE: 1 loop = 9 miles
RIDE LEVEL: Beginner friendly mainly because there are bail out areas to the outer perimeter 3 mile trail. You can ride it all for a 9 mile loop or cut some out for a 6 mile loop. You can not get lost on this trail and everyone just kind of rides it at their own pace. Some will ride only 1 loop, while others will hit it multiple times.
POST RIDE PICNIC: Burgers and Hotdogs on the menu! Post up if joining.
