PIG SLOP!
The trails will need several days to recover from all the rain we have gotten. Please stay off and allow them to dry.
THANKS!

TRAILS ARE OPEN - BUT RIDE WITH CAUTION!

MESSAGE FROM BREC: Trail is back open. I left the gate open this afternoon. Please note the trail is still covered with leaves and sticks with an occasional rotten log here and there. Several spots are flagged off with yellow caution tape. Please RESPECT the tape. DO NOT ride these sections or tear down the tape. all these spots are either flooded or very soft. The reroute at the point is necessary because the trail there was washed away. Break your neck there but don't say you weren't warned. It has been flagged and some of that section now runs in reverse. The Mini bowl, Ant hill, bowl, new section before Talledega turn( N Squared or N2) and part past the Wall are flooded still but a rideable dry loop is possible. I just wouldn't advise anybody try to do any "World Cup" laps until they see the condition for themselves.

Hello everyone, greetings from Tennessee. Phyllis and I will be in Baton Rouge for Thanksgiving but only have Wednesday afternoon to ride. WilI Hooper or Comite be dry enough and open? It looks like you guys have been busy in the past ten years, with a lot of new places to ride, but I didn't see any reference to the Connection Trail on the website maps. Is it still an outlaw trail or is it gone completely?

Phyllis not so much, but I'm really looking forward to bunny hopping a cotton mouth, haven't done that in years. David

WOODS!!!!! Just seeing this....Hope you guys still went out....though the trails aren't in the best shape right now...quite ugly actually... but mostly ride-able.
Mother Nature has been wrecking havoc on them this year. :(

Sorry you guys aren't able to stick around and join us for the Black Friday ride. Would have loved to have seen you Phyllis!....yeah you too David.
Wishing you guys a Happy Thanksgiving!

Just a reminder that Comite will be CLOSED SATURDAY 12/12/15 from 8am to 12pm for Maintenance.

If you can't lend a hand and must ride - hit the Hooper Side (at least prior to 12pm)

Hit the trail Tuesday at noon.
A little damp but not muddy. Will be perfect tomorrow.
The new reroute at the point works well(new since last Thursday).
Some spots are still clearly taped.
Mr. Skeleton is missing from his bike. I did not see him anywhere else.

Sad to hear Mr. Boner was stolen.
Don't understand why people can't leave things alone...

Someone reported yesterday that it was ride-able. Expect Connection and Hooper to still be wet.
