The LC group will prolly stop by to check out comite, then head up to "the beast" and see what it is all about. No pro's here, just weekend warriors.... Might not be there till around 11 or so, are there good trail markings? Maps?

That the Jews assumed a right exclusively to the benefits of God will be a lasting witness against them and the same will it be against Christians.

Yeah, but Marlo is nothing compared to Omar Little!
And then it came time to descend Mountain Lion trail. Descending mountain lion is like drinking a Margarita through a crazy straw on a trampoline. It's like giving a dog Pop Rocks. It's like a knife fight with a monkey. It's like necking with an octopus. http://forums.mtbr.com/showthread.php?t=301909

This is the LC crew checking in.....we did in fact ride the beast, and I must say it is named correctly! Had a few guys drop out early, but the most of us did 3/4 of it I am guessing. Lots of mud and water here and there, washed out bridges, snakes, etc.....good times. We did end up back at hooper and had a decent amount of riding before calling it a day. Believe me that it was tempting to ride Comite, but we didn't want to ruin the trails that you guys work so hard to keep up. We will be back, hopefully at the end of May. Thanks for all the help guys.

The difference between a bad artist and a good one is: the bad artist seems to copy a great deal; the good one really does.

Lynn, there are a couple of us that want to give Tunica Hill a try tomorrow. Where is the best place to go? Is it Big Bertha and ride some of the spin off atv trails?
We plan on going to The Beast also while we are there. I already know how to get there.

Beast in great shape! At the start of my ride I was lamenting it was not longer. By the finish I was thankful.

From the relatively short time I've been involved with BRAMBA I've heard a lot and have heard even more stories about people wanting to make dramatic changes to the trails because of their personal preferences and opinions. This is to be expected. The Beast trail is a GREAT trail and offers something very unique and special. I like it as it is and look forward to the expansion.
