Spray painted the bones last night a special NOMAMBO green just for yall. Looking forward to seeing all yall there. We have the trail the best its ever been right now! Don't forget to preregister so you will have a chance to win some great door prizes. Also, if some of you SS guys will check and make sure you can preregister. Had a guy that said it would not let him register for SS. I had him register as Cat 2 and then I just went in and changed it. Let me know if it won't allow yall to reg for SS and I will try and get it fixed.
Thanx,
Shane

Just a few more DnB particulars:
On Sat we'll have the grill fired up with dogs n burgers for all the late-registerin', pre-ridin, kids racin, downhill race peeps.. just bring your beverage of choice and spend the day..Kids race at 2..... GoPro or GoHome downhill Race at 5.

Got lotta shady primative tent camping space..but check with us before you set it up, we'll be at trail all day Fri and Sat..and foecast is looking awesome.. mid 60's, no humidity at night with a full moon! Mid 80's in daytime.. hoping for a little rain wed/thurs so emphasis will be on bones, not the dust, tho dust makes cool video..

HOTELS.. Hampton Inn(601-823-3800... Days Inn(601-833-6957).....Comfort Inn(601-835-0055)...Americas Best(601-835-1053), several other good choices all ten min from trail (exit 40 Brookhaven) rt off I-55 lotta eateries within walkin distance from hotels.
There is also a Super 8 at exit 42(2miles closer to trail)601-833-8580 no resteraunts but truckstop nearby.

Parking shouldnt be an issue, but when you roll in Sun mornin, follow the parking guys.. we gotta keep you organized..they got a plan.

Several shady SPECTATOR areas, less than 100 yds from trailhead so bring your chairs, coolers and noise makers..(50 yrds from trailhead puts you at 3.5 mile mark of the course)

LA boys plan on rulin' the downhilln on Saturday! also a spectator friendly venue..so come cheer fer' um or agin um...

Remember to pre-register!! that way you can be DFL and still walk away wit some sweet merchandise...no pregister-no prize..

Still missing several NOMAMBO riderz from the list, including the Leader of the pack himself, Ratboy. Bronson, vudu, Girard, and several more. Yall can certainly register Saturday and Sunday, but your name will not be in the door prize bucket and trust me, YOU want to be in for that. Yall make sure and get the word to everyone to remember to register by tomorrow! I will be returning the favor for the Scramble even though I have an outage and may not make it, I am still am going to pre-reg and make plans on being there! Can't wait to see yall and hang out this weekend! :D

Excellent Race!

Glad that I signed up. This was my first year riding Dust and Bones and I will definitely be back next year. The trail was in immaculate conidition, beautifully prepped and well flagged. No doubt that much effort was put in by many folks to prepare for this event.

Unique trophies, generous prize table, well organized and well run event.

Spread the word... this is a SUPER race only 2 hours drive from Baton Rouge. Plan on it next year if you've never been!

For those that couldn't make it you missed a great race.

Don't worry though. Team NOMAMBO had a good turnout.

The usual suspects took their places on the podium to show how team green gets things done.

Gotta give props to the MZ Crew for putting on a great race. The trail was in excellent shape. Look forward to next year.

Keep up the good work!!!
