Comite River Park
Directions to Trail Head:
Take I-110 to the Baton Rouge Airport Exit onto Harding Blvd. north toward Plank Rd. Harding Blvd. will become Hooper Rd. at the first red light. Stay on Hooper Rd. until you get to Comite River Park on the right hand side of the road, just before crossing the Central city line.
Hooper Road Park
Directions To Trail Head:
Take I-110 to the Baton Rouge Airport Exit onto Harding Blvd. north toward Plank Rd. Harding Blvd. will become Hooper Rd. at the first red light. Stay on Hooper Rd. until you get to the next red light, turn left onto Cedar Glen in the Sharon Hills neighborhood. When Cedar Glen dead ends, turn right onto Guynell. Continue on Guynell for two blocks and you will be at the entrance of Hooper Road Park. The trailhead is on the left as you enter the parking lot.
Mt. Zion
Directions To Trail Head:
Baton Rouge: Take I-12 East to Hammond. Take exit 38B onto I-55 N and go 79 miles. Take exit 42 and turn left onto Dunn-Ratcliff Rd. In 1 mile, turn right onto Old Red Star Rd. Drive another 3.4 miles and turn right onto Mt Zion Rd. In .3 miles the trailhead will be on the left.
Acadiana Park
This ride is on flowing singletrack located in the heart of Cajun Country. The Acadiana Park Mountain Bike trails feature winding and technical singletrack complete with berms, bridges, quick descents, and jumps to challenge seasoned riders, but is also tame enough by trail standards to be welcoming for first-time riders.

Bogue Chitto State Park
Bogue Chitto State Park park features hilly terrain (^270Ft), 8 mountain biking trails (the only machine groomed singletrack trails in the state) which entails 3 blue (1 flow trail) , 4 green, 1 freestyle black trail, a progressive jump skills park, a progressive drop skills park, a kids track, gorge hiking trails, tubing, canoe and kayak rentals, horseback riding/ rentals, camping, glamping rentals, cabin rentals, disc golf, and a water playground.
Bonnet Carre Spillway
Directions To Trail Head:
From N.O.: take I-10 west and exit onto I-310 south. From I-310, exit on to Airline Hwy (Hwy 61) west and head toward Norco. Just past the Shell Gas station on the left there will be signs for the Bonnet Care Spillway directing you to turn right onto the levee road. From there you can see the boat launch - park there and look to the north along the canal. The large bulletin board marks the trail head.
From B. R.: take I-10 east and exit heading south onto the 2nd LaPlace exit which is Hwy 51. Hwy 51
